HR Recruitment Advisor

A great opportunity has arisen to join the HR function of a top tier international law firm as a HR Recruitment Adviser. This role will be based at the firms headquarters in London.

The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for both business services and lateral recruitment. You will work with the Heads of Department and other senior stakeholders to establish hiring needs, implement attraction strategy, manage relationships with agencies, selection and assessment of candidates and management of candidate experience,  doing so in an efficient and cost-effective way. 

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience gained at a leading legal 100 commercial law firm, ideally with an international presence.
