Our client is a PLC is the UK's leading provider of repair and maintenance services. They are seeking a construction lawyer with experience on contentious and non-contentious matters to join the business to be the primary point of contact for all construction related disputes across the Group. The role will report directly into the Group Solicitor and the Board.

You will be primarily involved in leading and advising the business on disputes including ADR, court proceedings and adjudications. The role requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously and can take a commercial approach to disputes.

You will have at least 4 years post qualification experience gained in contentious construction and support services. You will have trained and qualified with a leading law firm.
