Banking and Finance Solicitor - NQ

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Sheffield. Our client, an international law firm, are looking for a newly qualified Banking Solicitor to join their Banking and Finance team.

Core duties of the role will include:

• Negotiating and drafting finance documents
• Running and managing your own transactions
• Business development – building your own network of contacts with local banks and intermediaries

Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate relevant transactional experience (for example in a Corporate, Real Estate or Projects team) and who has a desire to become a Banking Associate. This is a role that would suite candidates with a high level of academic achievement, strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong transaction management skills and attention to detail.

Ideally you will have trained at a respected firm and have the ability to demonstrate involvement and contribution to practice development and business development activities.
