CORPORATE PARTNER | INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
My client is looking to grow its Corporate practice with the addition of a new Partner to its London ranks. You will need to have a broad level of experience and a substantial client following but would be joining a UK headquartered, international law firm with a number of offices all around the world and a hugely attractive client base.
The firm are a huge international law firm with a number of international offices. You would have an excellent platform where you would be able to both fee-earn and business develop and then push your case for Equity Partnership in the medium term.
You would be required to have a broad range of experience that would include both private and public M&A, equity capital markets, joint ventures, IPOs and corporate finance but also a portable book of business of at least around the £800,000 mark. My client is open to looking at corporate individuals who are not yet Partner but have the required client following and also sufficient experience.
In return you will be able to work on some of the best mid-market deals around and would also benefit from an impressive PEP should you progress further. You would also likely bump up your current salary.
