Our client is a regional law firm based in Lancashire and is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their award winning team advising on a range of clients from new start-up companies to large established businesses, across a full spectrum of corporate work.
Description
Corporate Solicitor required to for a broad spectrum of work, including:
M&A
Corporate governance
Reorganisation
Share buybacks and restructuring work
MBO/MBI transactions
Private equity/venture capital investments and joint ventures
Banking and refinancing transactions
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in a corporate role. You will be responsible for your own caseload and for business developing new clients and ensuring excellent standards when servicing existing connections.
