A rarely available Commercial Litigation Solicitor role has become available at a very well respected regional law firm in the West Midlands. This role offers excellent career progression together with a varied and interesting diet of work.

About the Commercial Litigation Solicitor Role:

This is a key and strategic hire for the Commercial Litigation team and you will play a key part in expanding the team and coverage. You will be involved in high quality work and liaising with an impressive list of clients. This role is due to increase work levels and growth in the team who represent SMEs through to plcs on litigation, arbitration, mediation and regulatory matters.

As part of the commercial litigation team you will have exposure to a wide variety of work including:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Corporate disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Insurance disputes
  • Intellectual property
  • Settlement agreements

About you:

As the ideal candidate for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role you will be a UK qualified solicitor (or overseas equivalent) with evidence of good quality training and commercial litigation experience gained from one of the UK's leading regional law firms based in Warwickshire and may have a minimum of 1 year PQE but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
