Legal Assistant

Reporting into a Legal Manager, the successful lawyer will be responsible for providing legal services in connection with the company's property and joint venture portfolios. This will include the following:

- Drafting, negotiating and completing lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.
- General portfolio management and providing legal advice on the company's property.
- Due diligence on property including preparing and reviewing searches and enquiries.
- Special projects works as and when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking for a challenging role. Our client would like to hear from commercial property solicitors with at least 1 years experience in landlord and tenant work. Any experience of working with clients within the retail sector would be a real bonus.
