This online independent retailer has been fast growing since it was established in 1997. With over £1bn transactions annually and 27 million visitors per month to the website, this is one of the biggest e-commerce businesses in the UK. The business is currently undergoing a further phase of growth, development, and innovation.
An opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join a fixed term contract basis of 3-6 months. This role will span all areas of consumer and commercial law, as well as the UK and international advertising and marketing initiatives.
The position will include:
- Providing legal support in respect of consumer law to the UK and international businesses
- Advising on terms and conditions, data protection, e-commerce law, advertising and marketing law, and commercial contracts.
A good understanding of data protection, e-commerce law, general commercial contracts and the regulatory environment is vital. You will work with talented people and be exposed to good quality work.
