Highly regarded practice seeks Commercial Litigation Lawyer for around 5 weeks starting in December!

The practice are now seeking a technically competent Commercial Litigation Lawyer in Hertfordshire, to cover a period of leave beginning early December.

The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer, to cover a period of leave from the beginning of December 2016 until the middle of January 2017 in Hertford. Initially undertaking a hand-over period, the successful Lawyer will cover a Partners caseload, handling commercial litigation matters from instruction to resolution in areas including contractual and intellectual property disputes; insolvency and; contested probate. Whilst the role is to be primarily based in Hertford, there is a possibility that travel to one of the practices other offices may be required, therefore a full driving license and access to your own car is essential. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor and Legal Executive with 3 years’ plus PQE gained within Commercial Litigation;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills across all levels;
You must be available from the beginning of December 2016 until the middle of January 2017;
Experience in construction and insolvency matters is advantageous but not essential;
You will have a strong academic record;
You will be a pro-active team player with meticulous attention to detail;
You will hold a full driving license and have access to your own car.
