Our client is a strong regional heavyweight with an expanding Corporate/Commercial Department. Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked, the firm are moving forward in this traditional City field.

• The successful candidate will have general experience of the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and negotiation of terms of business.  
• Excellent knowledge of transactional processes is required for this role.  
• Experience of IP would also be an advantage.  

This role requires excellent IT/keyboard skills, planning and organisational skills as well as a flexible and positive attitude to your work.

You will be joining an established team therefore the ability to work as part of a team is equally important.
