Chadwick Nott are currently recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal for a Legal 500 recognised Private Client team based in Manchester city centre. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to c£20K + a great benefits package.

The team offers a range of Private Client services and this particular role is to support 2 senior Court of Protection Solicitors whose work includes but is not limited to - Court of Protection Applications, Contentious Court of Protection work, Professional Deputyship and investigations in relation to financial abuse cases. The work will be extremely sensitive in nature and you must be able to demonstrate tact, empathy and diplomacy. You should appreciate the need to provide a high standard of personal service to all clients to the firm.

Applications are invited from Law graduates and ideally LPC graduates who have a minimum of 12 months prior experience working as a Paralegal in either Court of Protection, Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence. Ideally you will have previous experience of supporting Solicitors on high value and complex work. For the right candidate a training contract further down the line is a distinct possibility.
