BD Coordinator required, London.

Our client a prominent US Law firm is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join a newly created team in their London office.

As Business Development Coordinator you will be responsible for providing cross practice support in the London office as part of a new and exciting centralised team. This function will work across the practice groups, industry groups and client account teams to provide the very best support for the BD activities and initiatives. The BD Coordinator team will be highly trained in all aspects of our market-leading BD processes and systems and will be responsible for globally consistent, high quality output to ensure rapid and successful execution of their part in our BD initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Assistant who is looking to step up into a Coordinator role. As BD Coordinator, you will primarily support the EMEA and Global BD team-members based in the London office (as well as some regional/global support) with the responsibilities of the role including, but not limited to:

• Research
• Drafting of submissions for legal directories
• Maintaining CRM and updating InterAction databases
• Ad hoc projects

The ideal Business Development Coordinator candidate will be bright and proactive with excellent communications skills. The Business Development Coordinator must be confident and able to deal with people across all levels. To qualify for this Business Development Coordinator opportunity you must have previous Marketing or Business Development experience working gained within a legal or professional services firm. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are a must.
