SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

A substantial part of the role will involve advising on a wide range of syndicated, bilateral and club corporate, leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions involving the UK corporate banks and other leading regional funders. You will have the opportunity to advise traditional lending banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, PE funds and real estate developers and investors.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with between 2-5 years PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will have sound banking experience and be able/ready to lead transactions as well as to manage the banking aspects of larger corporate deals. You will be given the opportunity to develop existing client relationships with the support to help you develop your experience and career.
