Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate - West Midlan

New opportunity exists for a Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate to join this established and traditional high street practice.

Based South of Birmingham, you will have 4 years'+ experience and you will run a full caseload with minimal supervision. You will deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work. The work on offer is all high net worth and can involve repeat business and complex sales of land.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong background in residential property work, a background in marketing and an interest in expanding a successful department. There is a definite short term route to partnership due to succession planning.
