Commercial Lawyer NQ - 2

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the established legal team of an East Midlands based multinational organisation. 

Our client has shown phenomenal growth both in the UK and the US in recent years, however due to a recent acquisition more legal work is expected from Europe as well. The company provides a variety of services to an array of large, blue chip organisations and as such the work is varied in nature, although primarily focused on general commercial matters. 

The successful individual will be responsible for:
-    Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements with both suppliers and clients. 
-    Drafting, reviewing and implementing template and precedent contract documents. 
-    Advise the business on a range of legal issues including contract, property, litigation, intellectual property and new ventures. 
-    Carry out company secretarial tasks in relation to the UK and European divisional companies. 

We are looking for qualified solicitors or barristers with between NQ-2 years PQE, preferably obtained in a commercial law firm or another in-house position.
