We have the pleasure of working in partnership with this hugely respected and award winning Commercial Law Firm in Newcastle. This firm provide first class professional care and are recognised in the market as one of the leading providers of Commercial services in the area. This successful firm are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (ideally 1-4 years PQE) to be based from the firms’ modern offices in Newcastle.

As an experienced Private Client Solicitor you will be bringing your experience to this supportive team where you will be managing your own caseload of higher value Private client matters. You will be providing the highest level of service and care to your clients who will predominantly be higher net value business owners and individuals. You will prepare wills that may include business assets and discretionary trusts, advising clients over inheritance tax planning, probate and administration of estates; lasting powers of attorney for both business and personal matters.

So who would be ideal for this role?

If you hold a STEP qualification (or studying towards this) it would be highly desired, however candidates who don’t hold this qualification but do have experience providing private client matters within a corporate/commercial law firm are exactly who our client is looking for.
