Corporate Associate (4 Yrs.+ PQE)

My client (a Legal 500 firm) is at the forefront of the MENA legal market and offer a full-service law solution, supporting local, regional and international clients and government entities. As an award winning law firm, known for providing their employees with genuine career progression opportunities, they are a healthy size, with over 90+ lawyers currently employed in their modern UAE offices, coming from a mixed range of backgrounds, many having trained in Western and other Middle Eastern Jurisdictions.

The value of projects the chosen Corporate Associate will be involved in are phenomenal as they specialise in a wide variety of practices, ranging across a variety of high value Corporate/Commercial M&A transactions with a focus on private equity, real estate and international projects. It is essential that that the chosen candidate has strong experience in General Corporate as well as Mergers & Acquisition matters. It will also be assumed that you have extensive experience in; drafting general Corporate contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Employment Contracts and also Mergers & Acquisitions matters. Our clients' lawyers work on the full spectrum of corporate transactions and it is expected that you will have accumulated substantial experience already of conducting business in the MENA region. As an experienced Corporate Associate, you will have a very broad knowledge of all corporate matters and be able to delegate tasks in the team.

The chosen Corporate Associate will be qualified from a Commonwealth jurisdiction and it is a key requirement, that you have gained relevant experience from an international law firm in the MENA. If you are already based in the Middle East, this will help your application. Ideally you will be fluent in Arabic and English (read, write and speak at a professional standard) moreover, we're only looking to consider legal professionals with four or more years' PQE in the market.
