My client is an established firm of Solicitors based in Lancashire specialising in Personal Injury claims. They are are currently looking to strengthen their Personal Injury department with the addition of an RTA Paralegal. They are seeking a Paralegal who has experience of working with RTA cases. Experience with the MOJ portal is desirable but not necessary.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Paralegal looking for a potential TRAINING CONTRACT and to progress within the RTA sector. Our client is a fully qualified team of Personal Injury lawyers who are well versed in dealing with every type of Personal Injury claim imaginable. This includes Slips and Trips, Clinical Negligence claims, Road Traffic Accident claims, including Motorbike accidents and Workplace Accident claims.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:

• Experience with RTA cases
• You must have the ability to handle your own high volume caseload of RTA files
• Experience of the MOJ portal is highly desirable
• Experience of dealing with pre-litigation files
• Have a strong academic background
