Our Client are looking for an Executive Director to manage the team of Onboarding Officers across Singapore and Hong Kong.
You will need to have:
- strong background in leadership management disciplines,
- relevant operations experience and people management.
- a proven track record of effective leadership relative to change management and process re-engineering.
You will also be responsibility for compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- BSc/BA Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred or equivalent military experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience with in a financial services, operational or compliance fields
- Prior experience in AML/KYC and/or documentation experience preferred
