This nationally acclaimed law firm is looking for a Paralegal to work within their Court of Protection Team. It is the leading provider of Court of Protection Services in the country, and with offices in over 15 locations in the UK it has become one of the UK's most well-respected law firms.

Your new role
The Court of Protection deals with the management of affairs, assets and estates of anyone who cannot manage their own finances. As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will be involved in its full range of services including personal injury trusts, Statutory wills, deputyship services and gifts. You will work with your colleagues to combine legal expertise in areas such as taxation, investment, financial management, planning and returns to the Court. You will be dealing with vulnerable clients on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a legal environment, preferably working within Private Client. Whilst you are a team player, you are also pro-active, and can work on your own initiative. You are empathetic and can support people with disabilities, providing the very best client-care. You have strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and pay intricate attention to detail.
