The Firm:
Due to recent success; my client, a market leading law practice based in East Lancashire is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their Residential Property Team.
The Role:
On a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion. The client currently has a number of positions available for Conveyancers with various amounts of experience and the salary for this position will vary between £27,500 and £35,000 depending on experience.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a fee earner within a Residential Property Department.
