Our clients, a number of leading international and US firms, are looking to hire corporate lawyers to join their Singapore offices.
The roles will involve advising international corporations, financial institutions, insurers and many others on the full suite of corporate matters. In particular, they will involve advising on public and private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance. Our clients are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with a strong M&A background.
Successful candidates will have experience working in the corporate team of a leading international or US firm. They will have an excellent technical ability and a high level of attention to detail, as well as a strong academic background. In addition to this, they will have a demonstrable interest in relocating to Singapore in particular.
