THE FIRM
This specialist property litigation practice has instructions from a very diverse range of clients, many of whom are ultra-high-net-worth investors, and some of whom are looking for specialist advice regarding extremely complex property disputes.  The firm is now looking for a solicitor with solid experience to join the team based in the Birmingham office.  The work includes a wide mix of very interesting and sometimes esoteric matters and if you have a passion for real estate work this is a real opportunity to develop an outstanding career. On offer is an excellent range of benefits including childcare vouchers, international secondment opportunities, travel loan, pension and much more.

THE ROLE
This is not a role for the faint-hearted but if you are determined and ambitious with good litigation experience and a solid property background and are looking to work in a competitive, very highly-regarded and ambitious firm, you will do very well here.  From the outset you will be given substantial amounts of responsibility and enjoy the benefit of a highly supportive, collaborative working environment with some of the UK’s leading property lawyers.  The firm acknowledges that advocacy is not for everyone but if this is an area which interests you then this would be a real advantage in your application.
