Lexcel accredited firm offering career progression requires an additional Residential Property Lawyer.

With a network of offices throughout the West Midlands, our client is an historic practice offering a broad range of services to commercial and individual clients in the region and further afield. With seven partners and a team of expert lawyers, they have a formidable reputation for excellence which has been recognised in the awarding of Lexcel and numerous other quality marks.  Due to continued success, they are now seeking to add to their residential property team close to Dudley.

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing an additional Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing, CQS accredited department in the Dudley area. Becoming part of a growing team, with expert lawyers and dedicated support staff, the successful lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion, to include freehold and leasehold matters, transfers of equity, help to buy and remortgages.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in all aspects of conveyancing.
You will be client-focused with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You will be IT literate with particular experience in the use of case management systems being essential for the position.
You will have a flair for business development.
