Our client is a well-known and reputable law firm in Southport town centre. They are currently in the market for a Conveyancer to join their small to medium sized Residential Property Team.

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to run their own caseload of conveyancing files. They are happy to consider candidates with a wealth of fee earning experience or a Conveyancing Assistant looking to step up to their own caseload.

The office is located in an accessible part of Southport. The firm is willing to offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000 for the role.

Key duties and responsibilities will include what you would ordinarily expect from a conveyancer e.g. taking instructions, conducting and reporting on relevant searches including title, drafting and preparing appropriate contracts and statements, exchange and completion.

The successful candidate will be given the support, training and help required to become an important part of the property department.

If you refer someone to Thornton Legal who is successfully placed, then we will give you 10% of our client fee as thank you (average is £500 paid in vouchers of your choice). Terms and conditions apply, please ask for details.
