Property Paralegal required to join a Local Authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.


The successful candidate will primarily be handling a caseload of residential matters in relation to Right to Buy.


Property Paralegals looking to apply for this role must have experience of handling matters from initial instruction through to completion stages, as well as handling private sector lettings. This position will involve running a large caseload covering a range of leasehold and freehold matters.


The post will run for an initial 3 months, and there are potentially long term prospects available. You will be working in a large organisation that is at the forefront of London Boroughs today.


Candidates must be available on short notice and be willing to commit for the full length of the assignment.


This Local Authority is a stone's throw away from the nearest station, making it a desirable location for commuters.
