Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE)

An opportunity exists for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a successful Commercial team, which works for numerous well-known local, national and international businesses.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be expected to conduct your own supervised caseload and take on responsibility from the outset, forming an integral part of the Commercial team, with the necessary supervision, training and support to maximise your potential.

You will be required to advise Commercial clients on a range of contractual and tortious disputes, including insurance disputes, ranging from sale of goods claims to enforcement of restrictive covenants.

You will conduct High Court and County Court proceedings on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants advocacy, generally in Chambers and be familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules including the effective use of interim procedures including Injunctions.

It is essential you possess experience of drafting pleadings and Instructions to Counsel, witness statements, letters of advice and preparation for trial.
