The company's international legal team is one of the most sophisticated in the market with specialist in-house associates working alongside the business to overcome legal complexities.





The company is looking to recruit a commercially focused finance lawyer for their Dublin based legal team.


The remit is challenging and broad, encompassing a wide variety of agreements including the development, negotiation and analysis of these for the business throughout the EMEA region. As one of the company's largest legal teams globally this necessitates working closely and effectively with other members of the Global Legal Department.

The position offers excellent opportunities for future career development with dedicated lawyers progressing quickly internally, be it in the Dublin office or internationally.




To be considered for this role you must:


  • Be a UK or Irish qualified lawyer;
  • Have 0-2 years PQE;
  • Have excellent academics; and
  • Be willing to relocate to Dublin.

Prior experience of finance is preferable but other experience will be considered. Fluency in other languages would also be advantageous.
