Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their brand new office In Cumbria.

The firm are a Top 200 firm and are highly regarded as a leading regional practice. They have impressive offices across
Lancashire and Cumbria with an excellent reputation.
They provide services for Individuals and Businesses across the North of England and so this is a great opportunity to join a leading firm whilst maintaining roots in Cumbria with the beautiful Lake District on your doorstep.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Dealing with a full Residential Conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion managing a wide variety of cases including:
Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property,
Remortgages, buy to let and transfer of equity.
You will be working as the sole Residential Conveyancer at this office but a large team of specialists are available at the firm's other offices. As this is a stand-alone role Conveyancing role you will be able to manage your own time and develop and maintain client relationships.

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Have at least 2 years post qualification Residential Conveyancing experience or be an experienced Licensed Conveyancer.
