Vacancy for a Conveyancing Solicitor to be based at our Client's Bury office.

Our client has offices across Manchester and are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their large team based in Bury.
Description
Conveyancing Solicitor required to:
Have knowledge of Buy to Let Property, New Build, Right to Buy and Shared Ownership
Be competent in dealing with Sales and Purchases to include Freehold, Leasehold, registered and un-registered land
Be competent in dealing with cases from inception to completion
Profile
The successful candidate will be a Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in handling cases from inception to completion and have knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of Residential Property matters including buy to let property, New Build, Right to Buy and Shared Ownership.
