Are you a Property Litigation Associate with at least 4y PQE?
Would you like to work for one of Birmingham's leading Property Litigation teams?
This is a great opportunity for you to be part of a large national property litigation offering, ranked Tier 1 in the directories. The Birmingham team is highly ranked locally and you will be joining a small but successful team, working closely alongside other senior lawyers and juniors.
The teams boasts an impressive client base from leading educational institutions through the institutional investors and funders and developers.

The team typically get involved in a range of property litigation work including but not limited to:
- property management work;
- dilapidations;
- interpretation and enforcement of leasehold covenants;
- applications for consent;
- lease renewals;
- non-payment of rent / service charge;
- general nuisance matters;
- boundary disputes rights.
Profile
Ideally, the Property Litigation Solicitor will have had at least 4y PQE advising on contentious real estate matters although our client can be open minded and will look at candidates with a range of experience.
You could either be working for another leading property litigation team or perhaps work at a more regional firm and are looking to make the step up.
