The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a well-known and respected Midlands law firm with various offices across different locations.

The property team is extremely busy and is making a concerted effort to further grow and develop the conveyancing offering nationally. This is an exciting time for you to be part of these growth plans.

This is a very important hire for the Nottingham office and you will be working as part of a team to service clients on the full spectrum of residential property matters with particular emphasis on residential freehold and leasehold sales. The team do a lot of work in relation to new builds.

You will be heavily involved with client contact and there will be lots of interaction with agents and lenders.

There are plenty of residential conveyancing opportunities in the market at the moment but this is a genuine opportunity to be part of a strong local team who also work as one national real estate team.

You will be a qualified conveyancer who is looking for a fresh challenge. You will have strong client skills and will have a track record for working to deadlines to get transactions over the line.

Our client will consider candidates from the local market or candidates who are looking to relocate to / back to the Nottinghamshire area.
