Commercial Solicitor / Commercial Contracts Manager - Bristol

Integreon has an incredible opportunity to manage a growing team of paralegals and junior solicitors, directly delivering commercial contracting support to one of the 'big four' organisations.

The team is managed and located within Integreon's Bristol offices and requires an experienced commercial contracts solicitor to join this collegiate team by December 2016/ January 2017 for an initial 11 month maternity cover contract. Given the growth of this account with our client as well as the overall expansion of the LPO unit at Integreon there is scope for this to become a permanent position.

Ideally we are looking at hiring a solicitor in the 2-4 PQE+ bracket however please note that this position is also open to experienced commercial contracts managers who is not necessarily qualified as a solicitor. In order to be considered in this capacity you must be an experienced contracts manager with a proven track record of running a team of legal professionals.

Specific duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Leading and growing the team;
• Being the main point of contact with the FTSE 100 company and their legal department;
• Reviewing and drafting a broad range of contractual agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Public sector contracts, etc.
• Specifically for a commercial contracts manager, a good understanding of Prince 2 and Six Sigma Lean principles would be an advantage.
