Our client, a marketing leading defendant insurance private practice in Birmingham City Centre seek a Fraud Paralegal/Fraud Solicitor to join their fraud team working on a variety litigated fraudulent insurance cases.

Description
The role of Fraud Paralegal/Fraud Solicitor will involve handling a full caseload of litigated matters from instruction through to settlement.
Cases that you will be working on will include:
- Minimal Impact
- Phantom Passengers
- Staged Accidents
- Exaggerated Claims
- Organised Fraud Rings
Profile
The ideal Fraud Paralegal/Fraud Solicitor will as an absolute minimum be able to demonstrate solid working knowledge of the CPR and experience of handling a litigated caseload. Fraud experience is not necessary however experience of working within a Personal Injury (ideally defendant) role previously would be advantageous.
Candidates ranging from paralegal to 1 year PQE as well as Cilex and Legal Executives are encouraged to apply.
