A national firm in Southampton seeks an experienced Costs Draftsperson.
Duties and responsibilities
The Costs team work on both the payer and receiver on a variety of cases, ranging from Clinical Negligence to Commercial Litigation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a similar role, with full competence in Costs law
- Ability to draft Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies to Points of Dispute and Costs Budgets and to deal with all aspects of the assessment process
