Senior Arbitration Lawyer - Dubai

A new opportunity for a Senior Associate c 10 PQE + with an arbitration background to join the dispute

resolution department of a well established international law firm based in Dubai

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to handle a contentious workload with a focus on arbitration work.

The role will involve handling a broad ranging international workload, managing complex claims, advising

on prospects of claims, settlements, and all related interim measures up to and including enforcement.

The post holder will be expected to assume responsibility for handling arbitration proceedings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

To be considered for this exciting role, applicants must be UK qualified with a solid litigation/arbitration background.

Candidates must be able to handle arbitration proceedings under varies bodies including DIAC, ICC, LCIA
