Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer (Dublin City)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of Ireland's leading full service law firms for a lawyer with Corporate / Commercial experience to join their top ranked Corporate department. The firms clients include international and Irish corporations, owner managed businesses, banks and financial institutions, government and public bodies and regulatory authorities and they are focused on achieving practical business solutions for their clients.

Your new role

You will report to the Head of the Business Unit and your role will involve a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

Contract review
Drafting and negotiation of ancillary documents to transaction agreements
Drafting board minutes/corporate resolutions
Company law advices
Due diligence reviews and compilation of reports
Research
Other work as required within the corporate business unit

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a junior lawyer with the experience 0 - 2 years qualified, with work experience in the relevant areas and an excellent academic record. You should be or have (as appropriate):

A dynamic and innovative individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
A good work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated
Interested in meeting clients and building relationships
A positive, sociable person, capable of communicating at all levels with an ability to communicate points clearly in a non-confrontational manner
A calm and measured approach to problem solving
A willingness to work hard above and beyond normal office hours if required
