THE ROLE:
This busy real estate litigation team has been successful throughout the downturn and now require a junior real estate litigator to join the expanding team. The team utilises its expertise in landlord and tenant, and vendor and purchaser matters to provide a commercial approach to all aspects of real estate litigation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a successful Property Litigation Solicitor as you will be joining a successful international multi-practice firm with deep expertise across a broad range of legal specialisms.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience within commercial and residential property litigation within a dedicated real estate team and have acted primarily for landlords across a wide range of industries including high profile developers, retailers, hotel and leisure groups, telecommunications companies. The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will have strong academics with a minimum of 2.1 degree level, first class technical skills, financial and commercial awareness.
