My client is a regional top 100 law firm with a strong presence in South Wales. This leading law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Partner to join their established and expanding group actions team based in Cardiff.
The client is looking for an established solicitor (6years+PQE) to work on a number of ongoing and developing group action cases acting for victims of industrial illnesses, environmental blight, professional negligence and financial mis-selling. The roles will involve working on both the generic and individual aspects of actions.
My client has been at the forefront of group action litigation for over 25 years and have an enviable reputation. The firm is currently around twenty major group actions representing claimants across the UK.
The firm and its lawyers have been consistently ranked in the top tiers in both Chambers UK Guide and the Legal 500 for personal injury and is a UK leader in the field of environmental litigation.
