An international banking institution is seeking a Derivatives Documentation Negotiator / Derivatives Lawyer to manage a range of ISDA master agreements, repo and securities lending contracts.
Our client, a European banking institution is seeking a Derivatives Documentation Negotiator / Derivatives Lawyer to manage a range of ISDA master agreements, repo and securities lending contracts.
Reporting to the Head of the group you will be involved in drafting and negotiating ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, Stock lending & Repo and clearing documentation. You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will ideally have a law degree and c. 4 years+ derivatives documentation experience gained with a leading bank or financial institution. As a part of this collegiate and forward thinking team you will receive excellent training and mentoring, enjoy a varied work load and have a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
