A young and dynamic practice they are currently experiencing a period of growth, expanding their commercial property team.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist department in London. Acting for a wide ranging client base including corporate investors and landlord and tenant, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of commercial property transactions to include: freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposals; lease renewals and extensions; financing and refinancing; landlord and tenant matters and; portfolio management. In addition you will build and maintain client and professional relationships, promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid Commercial Property experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach.
