Residential Conveyancer, Birmingham City Centre.

Award winning and high profile international Legal 500 law firm is experiencing a period of growth in their residential property team and are keen to secure a 3' years experienced licensed Residential Conveyancer to join their Real Estate Team in Birmingham.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Dealing with reports on title and all relevant duties in relation to completions
* Dealing with clients in a professional manner and maintaining close contact
* Handling queries and enquiries efficiently
* Maintaining good file management
* Participating in department and team meetings in a positive and proactive manner
* Working to strict deadlines

It is essential for this position that you are a Licensed Conveyancer and you must ideally have at least 3 years experience running your own high volume residential conveyancing caseload.
