CORPORATE LAWYER - Abu Dhabi

Corporate - M&A - Joint Venture - Capital Markets - 1-6 pqe - ABU DHABI, MIDDLE EAST

We have been briefed by the Abu Dhabi office of this magic circle law firm, with whom we have a very close relationship globally. They are looking for a 1-4 PQE Associate and a 5-6 PQE Senior Associate with broad Corporate experience. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team working across a number of regional markets that link Europe, Asia and Africa.

You will gain top tier corporate transactional experience including M&A, joint ventures and capital markets work across a range of industries and sectors, and enjoy a unique opportunity to work regionally and internationally. ‎Working in the Abu Dhabi office will allow the successful candidates to gain exposure to the region's fast developing markets, whilst being part of a smaller team encourages involvement in all aspects of a corporate deal and the chance to maximise client contact‎. Top tier law firm experience and strong academics will be required, together with at least a medium term commitment to the region.
