LAWYER for the MIDDLE EAST - Corporate lawyer - M&A - 4-6 pqe - Dubai

We are on a small panel of preferred legal recruitment agents for this Magic Circle firm known worldwide for its excellence, commitment to values and teamwork. They are seeking an experienced associate to join their top tier Corporate team in Dubai. You will be a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years experience in transactional corporate work gained with a top tier international law firm.

You will work across all areas of the corporate practice, including M&A (particularly cross border), joint ventures, securities and capital market transactions, regulatory, restructurings and reorganisations as well as more general corporate advisory, for blue chip international and regional clients in a stimulating and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will have excellent academics, strong communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to the Middle East region. Regional experience and/or Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Dubai is a major financial hub within the Middle East region. It has a very cosmopolitan feel, with a large expatriate population enjoying a high standard of living, a rich and diverse professional life and a culture suited to both family and single lifestyles.
