Our client are a leading international law firm who are seeking a capital markets lawyer to join their office in Riyadh. The firm's team have extensive experience in representing international & domestic issuers, investment banks & brokers, as well as selling shareholders. They are also known for their professional services on the legal 500 capital markets sector in the Middle East.
The team are seeking a lawyer qualified to the Saudi Bar with at least 2PQE, and must have received training within a recognised international law firm. As well as bringing a good academic background, you will have dedicated relevant capital markets experience in areas such as; investment-grade bonds, Initial public offerings, high yield debt, bridge financings, convertible debt offerings, equity-linked securities and equity derivatives, public equity offerings, liability management transactions & Islamic finance.
Excellent skills in communication, client relations, team-working and project management is a must. Bi-lingual Arabic with strong English skills.
