Position - Private Client Wills and Probate Solicitor
Private Client/Wills/Probate/Will Writing/Tax Planning/Estate Administration/Will Drafting/Probate Administration/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Lawyer to join a leading Private Client team of this multi-office practice in London. The firm have an established and highly regarded Private Client team that provides a wide range of services that cater to individual needs. With this in mind the firm now need an experienced Lawyer to provide a top level technical service and to guide and mentor some of the more junior fee earners in the team. As such the firm are looking for a lawyer that can handle a caseload of matters covering tax and estate planning, court of protection applications, trusts work and lasting powers of attorney. Ideally the firm would be looking for an individual with full STEP qualification. Any kind of experience working with HNW clients or on cross jurisdictional matters would also be a plus. In turn this is a great chance to join a team that enjoys substantial support in its marketing and business development and that has a proven approach to dealing with complex Private Client matters.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience covering a broad range of Private Client work.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior fee earners.
- Ideally STEP qualification.
