Senior Legal Counsel
Our client, based in Dubai, is a privately owned, diversified conglomerate operating in the luxury and lifestyle retail, perfumes and cosmetics and automobile sectors. The General Counsel is now seeking an exceptional corporate/commercial senior lawyer to join the established legal team.
To qualify for this position you will be a commercially astute 8 to 12 year qualified lawyer. This is a critical hire for the General Counsel and a strong law firm background is essential and in-house experience is strongly preferred. The role requires a talented, motivated lawyer who is used to juggling a busy and demanding workload. Excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently under time pressure are vital. English as a first language is a preference but not essential. The client is open to considering candidates based out of the GCC particularly those from the UK, Australia and New Zealand but also continental Europe and the US.
