Senior Litigation Support Coordinator opportunity in top US law firm in London.

This highly prestigious US law firm is looking to a recruit a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The successful Senior Litigation Support Coordinator will be responsible for advising the Firm, its attorneys, paralegals and clients on preferred methods of organising and automating litigation, arbitration, securities, investigations and antitrust matters. You will act in a consulting capacity and operate as a time-keeper; engaging early in matters, assessing data and information needs, identifying the most cost-effective process and technology solutions and assisting in the acquisition and implementation of key technologies. When a new case is opened, you will liaise with the relevant Partners and Associates to determine the best use of technology to support them in their work. You will then be responsible for implementing these decisions and supporting the technology throughout the lifecycle of the case.

Senior Litigation Support Coordinator applicants but possess a significant experience with litigation and electronic discovery and disclosure processes and practices in a law firm environment. Significant experience with electronic discovery and disclosure systems and image capture and viewing technologies, such as Recommind Axcelerate, kCura Relativity, Kroll Ontrack Inview, LexisNexis Concordance, Epiq Documatrix, FTI Ringtail, CaseMap, TextMap, etc is also preferred. This Senior Litigation Support Coordinator position will support large cases emanating from Europe, Asia and the US, therefore position requires knowledge and understanding of European, Asian and US discovery and disclosure rules and procedures. You must have the ability to prioritise and plan work effectively to meet the expectations of internal and external clients; strong, professional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) in order to interact effectively with attorneys and their clients as well as a high level of attention to detail, appreciating the need for accurate and error-free work.
