Family Solicitor

Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor seeking the next step in your career? Do you have particular experience and an ongoing interest in the area of Child Law? If so this is the role for you. You will be working with a strong fee earning team who are experts in Child Law and have the support of other fee earners and paralegals within the team.

The firm have a strong presence and reputation across Wirral within the Family Law arena. They are looking for an experienced Child Law Solicitor to join their team.

About the role?

You will be dealing with a case load of Child Law matters at offices on the Wirral close to excellent transport links. Child panel membership is preferred for this role.

You will be used to dealing with public law proceedings and acting for parents or children.

You will be dealing with a full range of matters to include care proceedings, adoption and special guardianship orders.

The role would suit a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has excellent client care and people skills. You will have an empathetic personality and have be adaptable to the needs of individual clients.

This is a full time permanent position. Salary is dependent on experience.
