Commercial Paralegal

My client, a leading manufacturing business with global reach, have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal to join their current sole Group Commercial Lawyer, supporting on a range of commercial matters.

As well as performing vital administrative work, you will have the opportunity to manage the company's global contracts - maintaining a log, managing information requests, performing initial review of contracts including NDAs, preparing agreements, and managing the group's contract archiving system.

This is a great opportunity to strengthen your commercial experience and get involved in a variety of global legal work with the support of a senior qualified lawyer. You will also work closely with other areas of the business including the sales teams to keep them up to date on legal and contractual matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a law degree and ideally prior in-house commercial experience.

The business' head office is in East Sussex and this role offers the flexibility of remote working.
